Established in 2021 by executive chef and owner Nghi Dao. Ju-ichi started during the pandemic as a means to bring quality sushi safely to homes. After originally focusing on Sushi Catering, Private and Event Catering, Chef Nghi has opened his doors now in the Convoy District of San Diego's food scene. Ju-ichi's dine-in experience strives to bring contemporary Japanese and sushi in a fun casual setting.
